The Boston Terrier Dog
The Boston Terrier dog originates from the Boston area in the United States dating back to the 1800's. In its early years, the Boston Terrier was a larger dog often
weighing in at over 35 pounds. Its ancestry includes the English Bulldog, Bull Terrier, Boxer, and probably the Pit Bull Terrier. Selective breeding has produced the smaller dog that we know today. The Boston Terrier does not retain its fighting ancestry. It is an indoor dog. It is well mannered and playful.
And as a bonus, it tends not to shed. It is one of most popular breeds in North America.
