The Brussels Griffin has lots of energy. Its exercise requirement can be met by a good indoor workout but a romp outside or a moderate walk is preferred. |
| Coat |
There are two type of Brussels Griffon: a smooth coat and a rough coat. The rough coat can be described as thick and wiry, while the smooth coat, is made up of shorter, smoother hair. |

The rough coat needs brushing every other day to keep the coat top condition, while the smooth coat requires minimal brushing. |

Comes in red, black, black and tan, or reddish brown and black. |

Ideal weight is 6 to 12 pounds (2.75 to 5.5 kg) while the ideal height is 7 to 8 inches (18 to 20 cm). Variations may occur in individual animals. |
