Pointer Dog
The Pointer Dog originates from Great Britain dating back to the 1600's. It is often referred to as the English Pointer.
The Pointer was originally used to locate and then point to hares while other dogs, such as greyhounds would then
capture it. Later it was also used to locate and point at birds. The Pointer enjoys a fair amount of popularity in Great Britain and
in North America.
