The Vizsla Dog
The Vizsla Dog originates from Hungary dating back to the Middle Ages. Although quite popular at one time, it's numbers declined significantly during the twentieth century and by the end or World War II, it was nearly extinct. Numbers have increased since then and today it enjoys a reasonable amount of popularity. It is also referred to as the Hungarian Vizsla and the Hungarian Pointer.
